Connected in the Industry

I am a member of Millennials in Travel, Los Angeles chapter, a career development and networking organization for young professionals in the travel industry. I'm also a four-year member of the Orange County chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), where I served as the 2015 co-chair of the PROTOS award judging committee, facilitating entries, judging and prizing of top PR awards. I belong to the LA chapter of PRSA as well.

Not only do these memberships provide access to an extensive professional network, they create spaces for continual professional development through conferences, workshops and webinars.

Wide Range of Skills

With a vast skill set ranging from traditional public relations (press releases, media alerts, radio spots, talking points) to event production, graphic and web design, to social media -- I can step in wherever needed and be a team player. I am proficient in Microsoft Office apps, and Adobe Creative apps including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. I've even put together a 30-second video spot using iMovie on my iPhone while on an airplane. Efficient.

Business Prowess with a Sense of Humor

Let's face it. The bottom line is meeting -- better yet, exceeding -- your business goals and keeping a very solid return on investment. But you know what's also important? Having fun along the way and being able to laugh and learn through the challenges. I can find the humor in chaos to stay focused, motivated and eyes-on-the-prize through all the ups and downs.

Speaker and Thought Leader

We're always students, always learning. Professional development and conversation within our community is crucial to continually improving processes and effectiveness. And I am thrilled to offer my knowledge as well, and have spoken as a panelist on an episode of Critical Mass Radio Show, providing insight on how to bridge generational gaps in the workplace. Critical Mass is a weekly radio show dedicated to helping CEOs of middle market companies grow revenue and profits through the power of peer learning.

I also presented “Marketing Your Shop’s Personality with Video” at Board Retailers Association (BRA) University at Surf Expo, Orlando.
